This house is a charming residence and an ideal place for relaxation. Villa Mozia is embedded in a fresh green pine forest, including Arabic scents in the garden, and rows of vineyards, just 70 metres from the sea. The spot provides a gorgeous view of the lagoon, stagnone Mozia and the windmills which stand out of the silver coloured sea which once was the scene of ancient battles.

Here you will find the special summer breezes which are the ideal means to sail along the ancient Phoenician routes on small boats. In the background you can see the islands Favinana, Levanzo and Marettimo, just 6 miles away, rich in culture and history. They surround the lagoon which was declared a regional nature reserve including about 2000 hectares in 1984. The small islands have an interesting flora and are used by some rare birds as nesting sites. Marsala, traditionally a hospitable place, is in a distance of 7 kilometres. It is famous all over the world for its rich, Mediterranean cuisine and even more for its excellent wines.
