Gorgeous self catering holiday house, situated in a typical Sicilian style alley in the old town centre of Cefalu, a renowned locality on the northern coast of Sicily, about 60km east from Palermo. This holiday house is particularly well positioned and permits from its terrace enchanting panoramic views on the roofs of the medieval hamlet, of the Norman cathedral (Duomo), and the (Tyrrhenian) sea.
This beautiful holiday accommodation covers 3 floors and has 2 entrances (the groundfloor entrance is accessible from the alley and is located a few steps away from the Duomo (cathedral), while the second entrance is located at the back on second floor level and gives direct access to the living/dining room which faces the dominating cliffs of 'La Rocca', the small mountain at the back of the town). There are 2 terraces as well, one of which is fully equipped for open-air dinners (furniture, external kitchen, barbecue). The furnishings and the warm colours of the interior create a truly delightful and cosy atmosphere: the rooms are very distinguishable because of their style and originality, revealing the taste and character of the owner who has been personally engaged in the restoration of the house. A pedestrian alleyway and a short flight of steps give access to the house.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a shower room and a balcony.
On the second floor there is an open plan room with sitting, dining and kitchen area. The fitted kitchen area has been tiled with beautiful Sicilian majolica tiles. At this level there is also a bathroom and terrace.
On the third floor there is a twin bedroom, a shower room and terrace with sea view out over the rooftops to the sea.
One terrace is furnished for al fresco dining and has a barbecue.
