Residence Santa Barbara is located close to unspoiled, white sandy beaches and the historic center of Cefalù (15min walk). This wonderful place has a peaceful location and offers spectacular sea and mountain views from each apartment's private terrace. Relax by the swimming pool or take advantage of the nearby fitness center. There is barbecue epuipment to be found in the outdoor kitchen and it is possible to have dinner outside on one of the covered patio sets, or in privacy on your own balcony with sea view.

The Santa Barbara Residence is located about 1 km from the city centre - a fifteen minutes walk - or, there is also the possiblity to take a bus from a nearby stop. We recommend you to visit Cefalù's famous cathedral and view some of the finest mosaics in the western world. Climb to the ancient fortifications that span 'La Rocca' and take in the views from the top, which Frommer sites as one of the best in Sicily. You can also relax in Piazza del Duomo, the central meeting point for locals and visitors alike. Sit in one of the charming outdoor cafes and meet people from all over the world.

Cefalù offers plenty of exceptional dining and food in its many restaurants as well as a variety of nightlife in the bars, cafes and discos. Stroll the city's narrow cobble stone streets and shop in the fabulous boutiques or take an afternoon to visit Parco della Madonnie and its beautiful medieval towns.

All apartments are equipped with satelite tv, air conditioning and wireless internet connection. The residence is family and pet friendly. The property can accomodate parties of one to six in various living quarter arrangements.

Outside there is an area for common use of all residents. There is a a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, an outside shower, and a fountain with natural water.

* B two-room apartments L4: There is a kitchen, a living room, and a large bathroom with massage bath and shower. There is also a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a covered patio.


* C L 6. Large apartment: There is a living room, a kitchen with dish washer, and a bathroom with shower. There are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and a veranda with a large glass door which offers a panoramic view. There is garden furniture, and the apartment is equipped with satellite TV and a stereo.

D/E/F/G L4: On the first and second floor there are four apartments distinguished by the different colour schemes (yellow and pink on the 1st floor, green and blue on the 2nd floor) of the interior, all are equipped with a kitchen in stonework with two burners, a sofa and a small terrace, a double bedroom, and a small bedroom with bunk beds and another small terrace, and a bathroom. There is a also a sofa double bed in the living area.

H L2+2: On the third floor, there is a well furnished attic with a large panoramic terrace (approx. 40m2), living room with a sofa double bed, a kitchenette, and a double bedroom with bathroom (bathtub).
