The residence consists of 2 villas with four flats each at about 100 metres distance from the sea and the pretty beach of Mazzo di Sciacca. The characteristic village of Scopello and the nature reserve Park Lo Zingaro are both about 1 kilometre away.

Scopello is still an uncontaminated area where, due to the foundation of the Reserve Park Lo Zingaro (which was the first nature reserve park in Sicily), Mediterranean vegetation and unspoiled beaches have been successfully preserved, producing a beautiful countryside to escape to in avoidance of the big cities and frenetic activity. In Scopello, time stops, admitting the admiration of the spectacular landscapes and the enjoyment of the crystal sea waters of the beautiful sandy beaches.
