Villa Orione is situated on a small hill with fantastic sea view, located near the small fishing village Sampieri and only 2 km from the sea. An external staircase leads to the large sun terrace where you can enjoy the view of the bay of Sampieri and admire the starry sky at night. 

The villa is 130sqm and offers space for a total of 8 to 9 persons.

Villa Orione is fully air conditioned and has 4 bedrooms, eacht with private bathroom. From each room in the house you have acces to the terrace which surrounds the entire property. Through a small hallway the bedroom are connected with the living room, a bright and generously sized room with large dining table, a comfort zone with sofa and tv and a desk and reading corner.

The living room opens onto the terrace which is furnished with wicker chairs and sun chairs and offers plenty of room for relaxation, with the stunning background of the blue sea on the horizon and the carob trees in the landscape. The kitchen boasts a cooking island in the middle of the room and is fully equipped. From here you can also exit onto the terrace, which connects the villa with a Mediterranean garden.

The villa also offers a barbeque area with a wood pizza oven, bbq and more seating, all surrounded by the garden.

A laundry room with washing machine and iron, another bathroom with toilet and shower and access to the covered parking spaces are located on the ground floor.

Sightseeing: Villa Orione is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Baroque cities of Noto, Siracusa, Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Sicli and other tourist attractions such as the nature reserves Vendicari and the estuary Irminio as well as the archaeological sites and Camerina Eloro.
