Villa Coralli is situated on the edge of the 4-star resort 'Residence Marsa Sicla'. The slightly elevated position provides a beautiful view over the beaches and the bay of Sampieri, a small fishing village next to Marina di Modica in the south of Sicily.

Villa Coralli is a new  villa built in the Aeolian-style. The villa is elegantly furnished and equipped and offers a private swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) and a gorgeous pool area with sun beds. A well-tended garden with Mediterranean plants and trees adorn the house. From the main entrance one enters the community areas such as the living room, dining room and the kitchen, with access to the practical dining terrace. The living room leads to the front veranda with sea views and views of the hills surrounding the house. Both twin bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. The other two double bedrooms share two bathrooms. An outdoor shower is also available.

The resort of Marsa Sicla has 106 apartments and 22 villas, a beautiful pool and a wide range of sporting activities.
