Villa Chiara is the ideal starting point for summer holidaymakers, only a few kilometres away from the fine sandy beach of San Vito lo Capo – as well as the enchanting bay of the Zingaro nature reserve. The beautiful Mediterranean villa is situated in the rural village of Castelluzzo, 30 km away from Trapani. The broad local plains are quiet and sunny.

A marvellous house at the foot of the mountain ‘Monte Monaco’, located approximately 150 metres from the seashore nearby the historical tunafishing building 'Tonnara del Secco’  one of the few left in Sicily, offers a authentic Sicily holiday within the spectacular landscape of the Naturepark 'Zingaro' and the fabulous beach of San Vito lo Capo. This is a place that was left untouched by the construction boom of the eighties and thus is uniquely ‘unpolluted’ and ‘uncluttered’.  It is likely that the only visitors you see will be the cows and sheep outside the fence surrounding the property. We do not like to call the house a villa as is normally custom in Sicily where every house is named villa.

Villa Gabriella is located only 30 metres from the sea, with very few buildings in its surroundings. A private access to the cliffs and a wooden bathing platform ensures complete tranquillity and peace while bathing and sunbathing. The house is surrounded by pine trees mitigating the hot Sicilian summer.
