Villa Palmeto is located in a quiet, sunny and panoramic position between the Zingaro nature reserve and San Vito lo Capo, only 4 km from the seaside resort with its beautiful sandy beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Immersed in a lush garden with palm trees and typical Mediterranean vegetation, Villa Palmeto offers a wonderful view over the bay of San Vito and the famous Tonnara del Secco.

The house also offers a large barbecue area and several terraces, ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining, sun bathing or simply relaxing in the shade.

The villa is divided into two parts. The main house features a spacious living / dining room with fireplace and 1 sofa bed for 1 person. The kitchen is small but comfortable and well equipped. There are two bright double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a separate WCThe annexe consists of a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC and a double bedroom overlooking the garden and the sea.

The villa has direct access to the sea. A stone path which is surrounded by fragrand plants and a staircase lead to the rocky swimming platform below. The entry into the water is via metal stairs. This sea access is ideal for experienced swimmers who are comfortable with swimming in the sea. Unexperienced or slightly more nervous swimmers should enjoy the beaches in San Vito Lo Capo for swimming instead.
