Villa Bougainvillea is one side of a double bungalow in a fantastic position in the midst of the Sicilian Macchia on the edge of the Park 'Lo Zingaro' and just a few steps from the private rock bathing platform. This part of the bungalow has a well-maintained facility with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and a large terrace - to be shared with the other half of the bungalow - with sun roof.

Set on the edge of the Golfo di Castellamare, Villa Bougainvillea is in a very private spot on one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Sicily.

The small town of Scopello just up the hill has a good selection of restaurants and bars, and can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. There are a few basic shops about 10 minutes walk away.

The old tuna plant of Scopello, a few hundred metres along the coast from the villa, is in a very suggestive setting, and the Zingaro nature reserve offers a range of spectacular walks and some beautiful crystal clear bays for swimming. There is a diving centre in Scopello for SCUBA lovers.

The town of Castellamare a few kilometres up the road has several seafront bars and restaurants and a daily fish market.

The spectacular Elymian/Greek site of Segesta is about 20 minutes drive away and Erice, Palermo, Trapani and Selinunte can all be reached in under an hour.
