Villa Morena is located in the stunning Scopello area in only 600 metres walking distance from the sea and the beach of Cala Mazza di Sciacca and not far from the famous nature reserve of 'dello Zingaro'. The park offers fascinating views of unlimited beaury of the Mediterranean landscape and the turqoise and transparent waters of the ocean here.
The waters of the coast here are perfect for various water sports such as
diving, sailing, snorchelling etc. The nearest city offering shopping
opportunites and important services is Castellammare del Golfo in 11
kilometres distance.
Villa Morena has been designed according to the local architectural style with natural materials, producing a rustic atmosphere enriched with features of elegance. All areas are accessable through the open plan living room characterized by its large windows. The windows offer stunning views of the sun, which seems to be emerging directly from the sea, as well as unforgettable views of the landscapes surrounding the villa.
The living room is furnished in a simple manner with comfortable and furniture. Adjoining the dining area is a well-structured kitchenette equipped with the necessary household and cooking utensils. Additionally, the kitchen/living room offers a mezzanine which is accessible by a small ladder and offers a further French sized bed. The villa holds two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds, both are furnished with a wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with shower. The Beach can be reached via a path that starts directly at the house. The villa is at about 45km from Palermo's International Airport, and about 45km from Trapani Airport. The spacious garden has a barbeque with a trellis and complete dining and garden furniture for meals outdoors.
