This magnificent property, in typical style of the Aeolian Islands with main house and two auxiliary buildings, is located on the volcanic island of Stromboli near the village Piscità. The main house is on the ground level of the property, and is extremely orginal in its architecture. The apartment on the first floor of the villa is occasionally inhabited by the owner. The villa has a large living room with a piano and fireplace, a sofa-bed, a large kitchen a double bedroom with extra bed for one more person, another double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, a patio with a pergola, a beautiful terrace, common outdoor shower and a lovingly manicured garden. A true dream house.

Stromboli is car free. People move by foot, with the electric car or the typical motorcycle "Ape". In Piscità starts a path to view the volcano and the blue sea. A narrow, downward leading path (approximately 80m) separates the Villa from the rocky cliffs of lava rock and a charming black sand beach. On the island where about 420 residents - the so-called "strombolani" - live, is to ensure basic needs: there is a medical care, a grocery store in about 500 m, small shops, bars, restaurants, post office and an ATM in about 1 km away. Depending on the tastes of the residents the walking ways are lit in the evening, some with torches others with lanterns - a bright and heavenly peace. Stromboli is a beautiful island, which by their wild nature is fascinating, but also by the volcano, which - unique in Europe - permanently with spectacular eruptions at regular intervals (every 15 to 20 minutes) is active. In this magnificent volcanic landscape rises in the northeast part of the island the locations Ficogrande, Piscità and San Vicenzo and on the opposite side Ginostra. This last, with only 30 residents, is just across the sea reachable. A trip to the craters, with authorized leaders, is highly recommended as an unique experience for every visitor. Connections to Stromboli by ferry or hydrofoil can be found from the mainland from Naples and Reggio Calabria or Sicily from Milazzo, Messina and Palermo.
