Surrounded by wonderfully fragrant Mediterranean vegetation with cacti, palm trees, agaves and oleander plants the complex is located on the Peninsula of Maddalena, near Syracuse. It is an exclusively residential area with immediate access to the sea over the rocky formations below, ideal for anyone who enjoys snorkeling and diving or going for a swim anytime of the day.

Each holiday villa comprises of two bedrooms and a spacious bright living/dining room and kitchen area. Only Villa Lorenzo offers also an annexe with an additional double bed with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Each villa is equipped with modern comforts such as air conditioning, LCD TV, laundry, dishwasher and microwave. The villas have been tastefully furnished and decorated using lively colours and some pretty ethnic pieces and features to remind of the Sicilian or Mediterranean heritage. The large terraces offer a fantastic view of the open ocean.

Villa Ferdinando (90sqm) comprises of a living room/dining room with sofa bed and fireplace, a kitchen (open onto the living room), one double bedroom with private bathroom, one twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a covered pergola with terrace (120sqm). The separate annexe comprises of a large room with double bed and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a terrace.
