Scopello is still an uncontaminated area where, due to the foundation of the Reserve Park Lo Zingaro (which was the first nature reserve park in Sicily), Mediterranean vegetation and unspoiled beaches have been successfully preserved, producing a beautiful countryside to escape to in avoidance of the big cities and frenetic activity. Mediterranean shrubs, plants and trees adorn the manicured gardens of the villa. The apartment has been furnished with care and taste. Each room has a private bathroom with shower or bathtub and toilet. The large terrace offers a fantastic view of the bay of San Vito lo Capo and the rugged landscape of the surroundings.
