The Villa 'La Rosa Dei Venti' is situated near the village of Scopello, in close vicinity to the Ancient Borgo (Borough) and the once highly important but nowadays inactive tuna-fishing location. Only a few kilometres away lies the nature reserve Park Zingaro, with its unspoiled landscapes and its beautiful uncontaminated bays an ideal destination for hiking and bathing in crystal sea waters. The vegetation that surrounds the villa is typically Mediterranean, as well as the villa itself, thanks to the characteristically natural materials used for its construction.

The apartment "Etna" is composed of a living room with an integrated dining area and adjoining kitchenette, a mezzanine with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has a single sofa bed, and an additional bed can be set up if desired for an additional EUR 100 per week.

Beautiful and spacious apartment "Alcova" consists of a combined living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 small bedroom with single bed, a bathroom with a shower and a private furnished terrace. An additional bed can be arranged at the low cost of 70 Euros a week, offering sleeping accommodations for 4 people in total.
