Trapani Holiday Villas and Apartments

Corso Vittorio
Trapani's beautiful old town
Trapani was founded by the Elymians to serve as the port of the city of Erice. Today Trapani’s income comes still mainly from fishing and canning, but also from tourism and the port of Trapani is an important ferry port for the Egadi island, Pantelleria, Sardinia and Tunisia. Much of the beautiful old city of Trapani dates from the later medieval period and are designed in the Baroque style. There are many lovely cafes, restaurants and nice boutiques along the bright streets of the old town and there is also a lovely sea promenade.  Trapani also offers some nice small beaches close to the centre and larger sandy beaches both North and South of the city within a 10 miles radius.
