The interiors are spread over three levels connected by a comfortable internal staircase. On the ground floor there is a super-equipped kitchen and the large living area which opens onto the terraces, garden and swimming pool with large floor-to-ceiling windows. On the first floor there is the sleeping area with three bedrooms, all with patio and bathroom with shower. While on the lower floor there is the fourth bedroom, also with en suite bathroom-shower and the exclusive wellness area which has a large hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower and fitness area. The fully air-conditioned villa is equipped with the best comforts: Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, espresso and American coffee machine, wine cellar, ice machine, barbecue area and private parking. But Sharbat  is also an ideal starting point to reach the beautiful beach of Fondachello, Taormina, Etna and Catania in a few minutes by car. While further south there are Syracuse, Vendicari and the evocative Baroque towns of the Val di Noto.

The swimming pool and wellness area (hot tub, emotional shower and relaxation area) can be used freely. For the sauna and Turkish bath, it is necessary to notify the staff on site 3 hours in advance.

In a reserved area of the property lives a young couple who discreetly and professionally take care of the maintenance of the house, the garden and the pool.
