The villa is located on a hill above Cefalù in a quiet residential area. The simple, essential, comfortable and modern style of the living room-kitchen is also evident in the bedrooms and bathrooms. On the floor below the living room-kitchen, there is a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with windows opening onto the pool area. Upstairs there is a bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. First Floor: Double bedroom with air conditioning, twin bedroom with air conditioning, shared bathroom with shower and bath. Middle Level: Open-plan living room with sofa, kitchen, dining table, guest bathroom, laundry room and access to furnished terrace for al fresco dining. Pool level: Double room with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, twin room with air conditioning.
Exterior /Park:
Situated on top of a hill, Villa Vittoria is surrounded by mountains with the sea of the Bay of Palermo right in front of the garden. Outside there is a large covered terrace, a 12-metre swimming pool and an outdoor shower to cool off before gathering around the barbecue and preparing meals to be shared outdoors.
Swimming pool:
The pool is 1 m to 1.70 m deep and measures 12 x 6m. Surrounded by a solarium with deck chairs, it is a real invitation to relax and contemplate the view. The pool will be open from May 1st to October 31st.
