Villa Respiro is a short drive from the pretty medieval centre of Cefalù with its many restaurants, shops and long fine sandy beach. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people as it consists of a pretty stone villa and two wood-panelled annexes, one with a double room and the other with two double rooms and sea and mountain views. The main house also has a well-designed kitchen with a dining area for 4 persons. Although the villa can accommodate up to 8 persons, in low season (April to 4th May and October) we suggest groups of up to 4 persons as the spaces inside the house would not offer the necessary space to comfortably accommodate more people. The style of the entire property feels modern but relaxed, with a nice mix of Sicilian and Scandinavian design. The light parquet flooring and natural tones provide the perfect backdrop for a contemporary design, perfect for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Designed for summer living, an outdoor kitchen and a large covered terrace with a dining table for 10 people create the ambience for meals with friends and family. Its lawn garden, swimming pool for cooling off and magnificent views make Villa Il Respiro an ideal home for holidays with family or friends. The villa is located on a hill in a quiet residential area above Cefalù. It is 3 km from the village of Sant'Ambrogio where there is a bar, a pizzeria, a couple of restaurants, a wine shop and a mini market. Cefalù, with its wide choice of equipped beaches, bars, restaurants, shops, banks and pharmacies, is 8 km from the villa.

Main House: Living space with kitchen and dining area for 4 people, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Dependance 1: One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Dependance 2: Two double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower.
Exterior/Park:
The area surrounding the villa is soft lawn. The rest of the land is typically terraced with stone walls and mainly planted with olive trees. Outdoor life is mainly lived on the large terrace surrounding the house. One side is used as a living area with comfortable armchairs and a sofa. On the other side is the large outdoor kitchen, complete with wood-burning stone oven for making pizza, and the large dining area for 10 people shaded by a beautiful canopy of whitened beams.
Swimming Pool:
The pool measures 4 m. x 4 m. and the depth is 1.5 m. Its terrace is equipped with sunbeds. The pool will be open from May 1st to October 31st.
