Beneath the veranda, a built-in outdoor kitchen, barbecue and open-air shower create an ideal setting for summer dinners and leisurely gatherings.
The expansive Mediterranean garden, with lawn, olive trees and fruit trees, leads through an atmospheric stone amphitheatre to the private swimming pool (11 x 2 metres), surrounded by a relaxation and sunbathing area with an additional outdoor shower.
The one-hectare grounds include almond trees, olive trees, a vegetable garden and fruit trees, offering guests an authentic and tranquil atmosphere where the scent of the countryside meets the sea breeze.
