The expansive panoramic terrace surrounding the villa features, on one side, the swimming pool with solarium, and on the other, a covered area with dining table and outdoor lounge shaded by a wooden pergola. The terrace continues with two outdoor kitchens: one equipped with a pizza oven and the other with a brick-built barbecue. Every outdoor space has been designed to make the most of the breathtaking sea views.
The terraced garden surrounding the property is planted with typical local fruit trees, including orange, lemon, and fig trees.
Swimming Pool:
The panoramic swimming pool, with its elegant, sinuous shape, measures approximately 8 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.3 metres. It is surrounded by a wood-effect porcelain-tiled solarium and finished with light stone, and is equipped with sun loungers for relaxing while enjoying the stunning sea views. The pool is illuminated, allowing for evening use, and a convenient outdoor shower is located nearby. The pool is open from 1st May to 31st October.
