Villa Sul Mare is a stunning property with private pool, nestled within a beautiful Mediterranean garden and overlooking the Ionian Sea and La Timpa Nature Reserve. The villa is located in a small villa complex in the nature reserve, approximately half way between Acireale and Santa Tecla. A private path leads from the villa complex down to the sea (100 m) with a rocky beach. The nearest town is the small fishing village of Santa Tecla and sandy beach of Riposto can be reached by car within 15 minutes. The location is ideal for exploring the Eastern part of Sicily, Mount Aetna, Acireale, Catania and Taromina are all within easy reach from the villa. From the grand terrace one can enjoy wonderful views over the sea, enjoy every minute outside, swim, sunbathe, relax, read and making use of the outdoor kitchens, cooking and dining ‘al fresco’.
