Villa Mazzaforno is a very well-kept and comfortable holiday villa with private swimming pool (13 x 3 m), only a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Mazzaforno. The villa is surrounded by a spacious terrace and a large Mediterraenan garden with palm trees, olive trees and beautiful, flowering bougainville shrubs.

The ground floor consists of the spacious living area, with access to the furnished terrace, the well equiped kitchen with access to the covered dining area, as well as 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first floor which can be reached via an internal staircase, consists a further furnished terrace with sea view, and vies of Cefalu, as well as a reading corner and a sofa bed.

The annex, whose interiors are consistent with those of the main house, is only a few steps from the main house and consists of the third double bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a small terrace with sitting area. 

The holiday villa is perfect for families and small groups who want to enjoy the advantages of the beach, as well as the luxury of a private pool. The proximity to Cefalu, makes this an ideal holiday home for those wanting to explore one of Sicily's most popular seaside towns (the Normann Jewel).
