Villa La Palma is an elegant beach villa, with a handsome pool area, located directly adjacent to the sea and only minutes from the seaside town of Marina di Modica with its sandy beach, cafés, restaurants and shops. Mediterranean Pine trees line the luxurious garden area, which leads towards the sea, adding a majestic touch to the villa. A small gate leads from the garden area to a small path, which leads to rocky beach below. Villa La Palma has been lovingly restored and decorated with much attention to detail and offers a modern interior throughout. The beach town of Marina di Modica can easily be reached by car within a few minutes, or via the sandy beach, walking along the coastal footpath. The villa and location provide the perfect setting, for families and groups alike to holiday in style, whilst being able to visit the famous sights of the South including the Baroque cities of Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Scicli, the plentiful sandy beaches along the coast, good restaurants and the filming location of the famous 'Montalbano Mysteries' in Punta Secca.
