The villa is reached via a pretty avenue of palm and olive trees, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the hills and the sea. The pool (5x12,5x1,5m) can be heated in the cooler seasons. From the cozy, reed covered veranda with dining and sitting area for cosy family aperitifs, you enter the spacious and stylishly living room. On this floor there is also a well equipped kitchen overlooking the back of the villa, where you will find a small garden area with lawn and the barbecue area with more dining and sitting areas. Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and pool views are located in the two annexes. The other 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom offer garden views to the rear of the house. From the living area you reach the upper floor with two more bedrooms with private bathroom and sea view and another furnished terrace.
