Villa Melograno is a bright and cozy holiday villa, just 7 minutes drive from the beach. From its elevated position you can enjoy wonderful views over the olive fields and the sea. The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with plants including, vines and pomegranate trees. The spacious terraces, which surrounds the villa, invites you to have an ‘al fresco’ meal together with family or friends and to relax and enjoy the views. A lovely outdoor shower submerged in greenery, ensures refreshment in between. The city of Menfi lies in about 10 minutes driving distance, where you find restaurants, cafes and everything you need for shopping. The beautiful sandy beach of Lido Fiori lies in 15 minutes driving distance to the villa and the famous small fishing village with beautiful sandy beach and great seafood restaurant, lies in 20 minutes distance by car.
The holiday villa is divided as follows: living area with kitchenette, 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower/WC, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with pull-out single bed (double bed), 1 bathroom with shower/ WC.
Outside: Large garden area with furnished terraces around the house, outdoor shower.
Good to know:
Villa Melograno has floor heating, which makes it ideal also for the cooler season.
The area of Menfi is famous for its excellent wines. The area is therefore suitable for wine tasting in wine cellars such as Planeta Dispensa, Cantina Barbera. You can also participate in the vintage.
Along the beach there is a cycling track (a rarity in Sicily).
