Villa Pillirina is a luxurious residence with a swimming pool, situated in the heart of the Plemmirio Marine Protected Area, just a few kilometres from the historic centre of Syracuse. Newly built in 2022, this contemporary villa boasts spacious interiors spanning over 400 square metres, divided between a main villa and two welcoming annexes. In the main house, the living area is located on the pool level, comprising a large sitting room with a TV, a dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The first floor includes the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a further bathroom. The ground floor of the villa, which is independent and only accessible from the outside, features a living area with a dining room and kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Meanwhile, the two annexes house the fifth and sixth bedrooms respectively, each with a patio, a mini-fridge, and an en-suite bathroom.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and also includes Wi-Fi, a safe, two dishwashers, a washer-dryer, and an outdoor kitchen. The exclusive swimming pool is heated and purified with salt rather than chlorine.

From the villa, which is just a few hundred metres from the cliffs and the splendid sea of Plemmirio, the charming historic centre of Ortigia is only a few minutes' drive away. Nearby, you will find the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari, as well as Catania, Mount Etna, and Taormina.
