The villa accommodates up to 9 guests in four double bedrooms (air-conditioned ) and a further study with a single bed. There are three recently renovated bathrooms, each with shower and WC.
The interiors include a spacious living room with an adjoining lounge featuring an open bar and a full-size billiard table, providing an inviting space for relaxing and socialising. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher and a large hob, while an open fireplace adds to the welcoming atmosphere.
Outside, the villa enjoys generous grounds of approximately 7,500 sqm, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation, including olive, pomegranate and other fruit trees. The private swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 1.5 m) is set within the grounds, while a large terrace with an outdoor dining area provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals overlooking the beautiful countryside. Several smaller seating areas offer additional spots to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue is also available for enjoying traditional Sicilian evenings.

The sandy beach of San Vito Lo Capo, the spectacular coastline and secluded coves of the Zingaro Nature Reserve, and the charming medieval hilltop town of Erice are all within easy driving distance. The historic centre of Trapani, with its picturesque salt pans and windmills, also provides access to boat excursions to the Aegadian Islands.
